Confession of a Yoga Teacher

During a class one day, suddenly and without any warning, the idea of “conversation” with the room became so tangible that I stopped talking in my head while teaching!  Instead of pondering inside “hmm let’s try this….” my voice was speaking cues out of “this is what’s needed now” because it’s the direction the conversation travelled.  Instead of remembering afterwards what I had said during class, it was replaced with the memories of good conversation where you don’t recall exactly what was said, just that you grew closer to someone through fellowshipping in your deepest passions and you both leave a little more known.
